It’s important to us that our products offer a real and significant benefit to you. If you don’t feel that our products are delivering what we promised you, send them back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your entire purchase price, less the price of shipping, or send you different products to try.
We want to be a company that you stick with long term, a trusted partner in your search for great skin and a healthy skin care regime, because we buy products too. We’ve had shelves full of products filled with nothing but our hopes and dreams and empty promises. We know what it feels like.
To initiate a return please email us at Support@ExuberanceBeauty.com and we will send you a Return/Exchange Form and that steps you’ll need to take to ensure your return is process correctly.
Please keep the following things in mind before initiating your return.
- You are welcome and encouraged to return any open or unopened products you are not fully satisfied with.
- Returns may take two weeks from the shipping date to process in our system.
- Your initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We will credit any refunds necessary to your card upon receiving your return. However it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
